 While every effort has been made to replicate the true definitive line of any right of way on the Definitive Map, it should be noted that this site is only a representation of the rights and cannot be used as a legal document to resolve disputes.

The sealed Definitive Map and Statement are the true record of public rights of way within the City of Stoke-on-Trent.  They can be viewed at the Civic Centre, Glebe Street, Stoke-on-Trent.  The documents should be consulted if any party requires an accurate representation of rights of way that may affect land or property.
